The booklets are thenfed out to the Belt Stacker.To facilitate undocking, a BK5010 Rail unit (optional) can be installed under the BookletMaker. The bookletswill, after passing the BF5010, have the look of a perfect bound book. The BF5010 will flatten the spine of the booklet square. The printouts, which have been stapled, folded and trimmed will befed into the BF5010.

If aTR5010 Trimmer is installed to the BK5010 Booklet Maker, you can can attach the BF5010Book Folder (optional). The booklets are thentransported from the Booklet Maker into the Trimmer where the trail edge will be cut off. In order to rectify creep, theTR5010 Trimmer (optional) can be attached after the Booklet Maker.

When a largernumber of sheets are folded an effect called creeping occurs. The set is then transported further to the foldingarea where the set is folded into a booklet and then fed out to the belt stacker. The BookletMaker now jogs and then staples the set. From the CF5010 Cover Feeder (optional), if present, anytype of covers, colored or black and whites, can be added to the printed set.
